Founder & Certified Master Inspector
I'm Austin — though a lot of people in the inspection community know me as Inspector AJ. I'm the founder of Inspectalyze and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), the highest professional designation in the home inspection industry, and a licensed home inspector here in Tennessee. Before this, I served 19 years as an Air Force combat veteran, and I bring that same discipline and attention to detail to every report I write.
I also come from a cybersecurity background— which is exactly why I take your data, and your clients' data, so seriously. I built Inspectalyze out of frustration. After years of relying on inspection software from providers who wouldn't listen to the people actually using it — companies that buried our feedback, sold client data, and stripped control away from the inspectors keeping their businesses running — I set out to build the platform I always wished I had.
